Why would a company that has one of the largest deposits of rare earth in the world be not in demand from other large australian miners. Funding will not be an issue now that the chinese have withdrawn their and gone home at the end of the day..the resourse is still there...rare earth consumption may grow by 40% by 2014. Back to the funding matter.. if they got approval they, Lynas planned to use the money from the sale to resume work on the Mount Weld project, near Laverton in Western Australia. The company suspended work in February while it sought development funding.
The company said it’s well advanced in getting interim funding to ensure it has sufficient working capital.
‘Without Difficulty’
So call it what you will I would be very surprised if a company like Lynas didnt have Plan B in place and am sure the market will be updated sooner then later..eg before open.. Like someone said earlier SPP or Cash from left field...IT SAID IT IS WELL ADVANCED IN FUNDING.
