IMO We can just build a processing plant in Korea (Posco), sell the ore there and sell the LiOH to someone in North America (Tesla or similar), Japan or Europe (many possible). Is PLS positioning to have a reliance on the Chinese market? Is a central buying agency going to effect future plans of PLS? IMO DYOR.
