You seem to be very confused between reality and the stockmarket.
Mining juniors can be very successful investments but more than 99% never go into production. As long as your sell price price is higher than your buy price who cares about production. The mine life is expected to be 18-20 years did you plan to hold till the mine closes?? I think not
