Hey all, the resource sector is slowing down as is global growth- Mining stocks are not the sector to be in unless you like to gamble. Funny how the shares go up only to be smashed back down and as mum and dad investors buy in the smart ones sell out- we have seen it with AVQ many times0- lets be honest most of you dont know whats going on and are blindly investing in something you know nothing about.
The markets may take a pounding - im on the sidelines for time being as nothing seems to hold up - there is a looming concern that the financial markets may collapse- even with money printing the dollar is slowly collapsing- pRIOR TO THE GREAT DEPRESSION the fed trying to pull the economy up before it nose dives - there is a debt crisis in the US and currently at dangerous levels. The fiscal cap will need to be lifted again very soon.
The dollar is being diluted and depreciating at a rapid rate- too much money printing and debt blowing out - Capital hill may tell you otherwise. Central banks need capital - fed has increased their monetary base by 56 billion dollars 4.3 trillion dollars debt to 56 billion capital base (Leverage is 77:1) OUCH driven the economy to a roman empire type collapse- Some are saying the fed is insolvent - as they carry this on their balance sheet which shows around
for every dollar of economic growth there is over $30 of credit to create the $1 dollar of growth - false economy people - anyway im getting out of the sharemarket
Stockmarket capitalisation ratio to GDP is 203% IS TWICE AS HIGH AS IT WAS JUST BEFORE THE GREAT DEPRESSION OF THE 1930'S
