    Chinese government has paved the way for Chinese institutions to invest in Australian equity markets.

    Chinese generally like property and I anticipated that billions of dollars would be invested into our listed real estate companies.

    this is a clever move by Chinese to invest in highly lucrative market which provides a steady stream of income at this low values.
