chinese interest rate rise??, page-2

I am unsure on this yet.
The thought of raising interest rates should have a negative impact. Not sure whether the market will sell the fact and buy the rumour or vice versa. Most trading desks have closed their books for the year and won't be back until mid January so its algos that reign supreme for the next four weeks...and they usually trade trends...and the AUD trend is very choppy.
