Chinese interest may be great for those looking for a quick buck but for the LT investors its not that great... I got into MVF after I sold vision eye institute... I really liked VEI's offering, their moat that they had in the industry and the ageing population blah blah blah - I sold on market for just under what was on offer and got an 85% return.... But I don't have the next 30 years of growth that VEI offered... Because they bought out the entire company!!!
Now I am in MVF after much research, I am invested in another healthcare gem, and I am really happy if we don't get bought out!!!
I know this is a converse opinion to those above, I really hope a "Strategic Partnership" is formed... But I worry this could be another chinese takeover in the making.... MVF IMO is cheap, maybe someone else thinks so too?
