Chinese interest?, page-30

I'm going to try to investigate how things might work in a 50.1% <= OZL < 90% world.

If they were nice (?) they might provide funding reasonably and produce the mines and share profits equitably...
If they weren't, would they be able to provide funding via dilutive CR's where they were the supplier of capital...could they slowly (or quickly) squeeze the life out of minority holders via dilution where their percentage holding increased ?
I don't know the answers.
