One thing about you quietfrog you are not so quiet since this TO happened lol, sort of with you I know we are getting stitched not sure what to do just wish the offer was all cash and had a 2 in front of it.
I was thinking of selling half my holdings but would not take less than 16c.
The idea of owning the Avanco assets in a diluted OZL holding is not the same, maybe safer but I have other companies i would rather invest in. My idea of investing in AVB all along was it was going to be the next OZL or SFR not part of one of these.
I am doubtful another offer will come in what worries me a little is I hold GRR (Grange resources)which has a major chinese shareholder that owns about 60% of the shares, this company just trades at its cash backing and its SP price gets manipulated to hell.
