    are the board smart enough to get the chinese involved here to create some tension in the sale process, or else BHP will wait for total collapse before picking up PH for a song, cant see why they would pay more than they have to, ironic that OX picked this up from BHP, now they get all the construction out of the way for no money down, what a complete joke
