    After Jara Resources bought Magnum Hunter's 65.65m shares at 1.1cps by paying $722k, I made a research about Jara Resources.  (bought ASIC company extracts of the whole companies involved below).

    I am now thinking that Jara Resources are supported by big Chinese investors and it is clearly a base company. It  appears that Jara Resources would not have the funds to invest in NSE at such a scale.

    It looks like that NSE determined to drill Southern Caning Project (SCP) and Merlinleigh project together with some Chinese farm-in partners again in the very near future.

    I found out that;

    1 - Jara resources is a new company registered on Aug. 27 2015 just days before they bought Magnum Hunter's NSE shareholding.

    2 - It looks like an indigenous guy Ernie Ifloud is the director  and  secretary of Jara Resources but the reality is that there is a Chinese person Wanghong Gao, a 23yo person, behind the scene.

    3 - It looks like the Jara Resources  PL’s shareholding in NSE has an aboriginal involvement. However it could easily turn to a “Chinese involvement” if Mirda PL would transfer 99% shares of Jara Resources  PL  to Aboriginal Contracting WA Pty Ltd (see below for share structures) when the conditions of the agreement were met between Ernie Ifould and Wanghong Gao.

    Then the 12.75% or 49.23 million (75% of the 65.65m) NSE shares would be controlled by Wanghong Gao. who could be acting on behalf of a big Chinese investors.

    Ernest (Ernie) T Ifould is an aboriginal Consultant & Advisor
    Ernest (Ernie) T Ifould (71YO) explains himself on his Linkedin page;  Aboriginal Consultant & Advisor in; Mining, Government Agencies, Contractual Earthworks,  Miner for Oil & Gas Sites, Building of Remote Civil Earthworks. He is also a former member and adviser to the Western Desert Puntukurnuparna Aboriginal Corporation. It appears that an aboriginal partner involvement would make drilling issues much easier for NSE on Great Sandy desert where our SCP is located.

    1% (one share) of Jara Resources is owned by Aboriginal Contracting WA Pty Ltd trading as: Indigenous Metal Recyclers (Registered in VIC on 24/07/2015).
