I noticed 'Window Dressing' ( small sales to take a Share Price Down, in this case by .5 Cent, or UP) took place in BTV and THR near 1.30 P.M..
1.31 P.M.; 4166 BTV @ 13 Cents = $541.58 ;
1.29 P.M. 10,000 THR @ 18 Cents Crossed then at
1.32 p.m. 3846 THR @ 18 Cents = $692.28.
