Yes, seen enough bs with CTP over the years, potentials and pie in the sky stuff, non eventuating stuff, so bringing the Chinese question onto the forum, .... just more nonsense at this stage, although for newbies, "what could be" excitement.
Don't take it personally, but lack of response should tell you what most posters think, .... although I can see you having a good discussion with Buddy when he's back.
Hopefully soon positive news from RC concerning material actualities.
