Maybe I have a different view because I speak Mandarin.
Re-runs of Kingswood Country & the legendry Ted Bullpitt really highlight the fact that we need to move on from “Yellow Peril Syndrome”.
The Chinese shareholders in CTP that I know of really understand the long term worth of the Company and are long term investors.
I am sure that our CTP management team are fully capable of undertaking negotiations with potential JV partners from overseas countries.
Hopes this helps to articulate a more positive view.
