AQA seem to be a natural partner out of Buckland Hills but they end up in conflict with just about everyone so I'm not sure how easy they are to do business with. The last thing we want is a partner that becomes a pest.

I would prefer to see IOH deal with someone other than AQA personally. But would probably prefer AQA to a Chinese partner as I've seen too many deals with Chinese entities become a total disaster.
