That will depend whether you are in the upper class, middle class or lower class. If you were wealthy, it doesn't matter which countries you live in, it is all good. If you are dirt poor, you won't want to choose US, US is not the place for the poor and homeless, you rather choose Australia. Whereas UK, Germany would provide a better opportunity for the professional and skillful. China is also a good place to live if you were wealthy. China has the most millionaires in the world if you don't know, their economy is capitalist. CCP is just their party name. I haven't been to Russia, I can't judge on that yet, was planning to travell to Russia this year but have to postpone my plan because of Covid-.
