What is this person on about selling shares at a 5% profit then he'll lose half of it to the tax man and miss out on franking credits.

Markets go up and go down all the time.
If I sold all my shares now after buying back in over 3 years ago well the tax man would have fun.

I like the franking credits and dividends from CSR, FMG, PLS etc....
PLS only started doing divs last year which was 25c for the year. Many would have bought long ago when the shares
were lower than that so they laughing all the way to the bank.

This poster will by crying when PLS hits $5 then later $10 to $20 and we'll be laughing by then when the divs
are in the 50c range.

I've seen FMG bounce between $14 and $26 for a long time and now its anything from $26 to $29 a share.
Goes up and down with the ore price and they doing other things to bring in money too so it will continue to climb.

PLS will eventually expand into other areas too.

My CSR shares are on the climb after many years stuck in the $4 range and now approaching $7 and may well get to $10
a share.

The longer you wait the worm turns upwards in the end.

FMG had its wobbles in the early days too.
