They won't carry out a JORC on the whole thing in the short or even medium term. It is an on-going process throughout the life of mine. Consider something like the Fimiston mine in Kalgoorlie. Its been mined for over 120 years and still hasn't been drilled out yet.
What they will do is drill out highly prospective areas and calculate a JORC on them and use those numbers to progress through Feasibility.
