It's a logical move for PSD, so it's not at all surprising, but I don't recall the Chinese market being mentioned before in relation to PSD. It's another piece added to the PSD puzzle.

Rallies following these kinds of announcements usually peter out before long, and it looks like that's happening again. With any luck the big buyers early are just taking a breather before coming back in lower, but I wouldn't count on it.
