I can see why Penfolds is so popular with the chinese
its a very rich red wine, full of alcohol and feels very bold and pleasant, no strong after taste, no bitterness, very smooth, very shareable amongst family and friends, good times
the wine bootle looks chinese, appeals to many middle and wealthy Chinesaires !
hong kong people esp like penfolds as it's fits with eating cantonese cuisine, a fine wine that goes down with eating crayfish, roast duck, oysters, fish, char siu or chicken
