    From GXY Corporate Strategy update:
    Galaxy is the sole secured creditor to Alita—First ranking security over all the assets of Alita and its key subsidiaries and prioritycreditor in liquidation hierarchy

    So CHEL pay off GXY debt and then assets are returned to Alita? Is that one of the terms of the CHEL proposal?
