This $70M 5% interest loan amount has been nagging at me. I can't recall seeing any Chinese firms offering terms like this before. It's the sort of terms that I would expect from a Japanese company - for example, ORE's financing of 4.5% for their project.

Also, Chinese Hydrogen Energy is an odd company name for rare earth play although we know it's just a holding company. The South Koreans are big Hydrogen players too and well as the Japenese.

Fingers crossed we will soon know more details on what the loan terms are and who really is behind it.
