Also, Chinese Hydrogen Energy is an odd company name for rare earth play although we know it's just a holding company. The South Koreans are big Hydrogen players too and well as the Japenese.

Fingers crossed we will soon know more details on what the loan terms are and who really is behind it.

After things like LG's direct entry into COB and how that panned out... Man... You'd think they'd all want to avoid adverse publicity if it was to go wrong.
