Shenge as a company focuses it self on production. I understand that there part chinese state-owned. But they obviously are allowed to work in USA production arrangements. Them as a producer construction company doesn't have full power. Chinese own 1000s of dairy farms in the usa. But I don't see nobody worried about them threatening to stop milking. As a helper/producer/processor it doesn't get them control of the stash. Just bussiness's doing bussiness stuff
