While in Ho Chi Minh approx. 12 years ago , I was prepared for beggers and had small notes (less than $1 aud) in my pocket ready to hand out. A man with no legs approached me and I pulled out a note from my pocket and gave it to him in good faith, Unfortunately I mistakenly gave him an irelevent piece of paper. The man blew up big time at me and all his friends stared laughing at him. In my embarrassmet I quickly fumbled for another note and gave him a $20.
