Any idea on when the next quota for H2-2011 will be announced? Based on the last release on 28th Dec 2010, there was a 35% reduction in export of RE out of China. The SP had a big jump back then. Isn't the next announcement due for H2-2011? Hopefully further reductions on China's export quota can be expected again.
