Agreed Fontenay - means nothing if they don't get their finance. And anyone thought that maybe the reason that China have reduced by 34% is that demand has also gone down - as it will have with all other commodities. And here is the thing - Rare Earths are actually not that Rare - so suspect there is a lot of sabre rattling about the chinese need to keep strategic supplies.
