$10 million is just a drop in the ocean compared to the $3.5 billion debt Morrison's LNP has created in the futile attempt to lock up a bloody virus. Maybe we should put all our Pollies and entrusted Medical Advisors on lie detectors to see if they really do believe in the advice they are giving.
It's been widely stated that the current Covid-19 test kits are only 30% inaccurate. China is telling us they are going to test another 3 million people due to the new Covid-19 breakout in Wuhan. With only 70% accuracy that tells me around a million people could slip through the cracks.....and this is happening worldwide.
It's just extremely fortunate that the majority of COVID-19 victims are elderly and had pre-existing conditions such as cancer, heart-lung diseases, diabetes, obesity, etc. The 300,000 people have died represents about twice the daily death rate in the world of 150,000 per day. It makes sense that the majority of the 150,000 that die each day are old or have chronic diseases or smoke (smoking alone killed approx 35,000 people per day, so is it surprising that a lot of Covid-19 victims smoked?). The average age of the deaths was at their expected life expectancies. Only around 50% of people reached their life expectancy of around 80, with or without COVID-19.
Sweden has remained open for business and they have after 3 months, and more likely 6 months, have recorded only 3500 deaths where people have died WITH COVID-19. In the last 3 months, 22,500 would have died in Sweden under normal circumstances, again mostly old. I think a reasonable conclusion would be that most of the 3,500 people that died WITH Covid-19 would have been part of the (normal) 22,500 deaths. If we use a 6 month period then it's only 3,500 out off the (normal) 45,000 deaths that would have occurred during that period. Sweden did and has not destroyed the social fabric of their Society and financial health of the economy as Morrison has done.
When will common sense prevail and Morrison the World Leaders, including Morrison, try to start cleaning up the mess they have created. Unfortunately, the damage done to date, will take many years to recover from and the Tsunami of damage has not even hit the shore yet.
This LNP musty stop the wastage and debt accumulation fast.
