    If the Chinese want the deposit in the Congo and Cameroon, there is nothing stopping them.
    They had the Chance 5 years ago.
    Everything was planned.
    Could of had it built, finished, and operational by now, with cream on top.
    5billion dollars was all that was needed back then

    We'd be rolling in it now.
