When u wake up in 5 years time chm will still be pursuing their baseless claims while they try to get more cash from shareholders with further cap raisings. That is of course if they still exist.

And as AH options dwindle to dust, chm will have to actually get a lawyer and pay real money or walk away. That is after they pay all the defendant's legal costs. CHM may not be able to pay their debts.

Talking of debts and legal fees I trust mmx lawyers will be first in line for payment in preference to AH. Maybe there will be a freeze order on the AH options if chm is not financially viable. Or even get some security for costs over any chm tenements. Tuart do they have any tenements other than the claim over Jack hills? What assets does chm have?

By the way tuart where is the 3 million chm ripped off s/holders? And where is angie's loan money? When is chm going to pay her back?
