The bit I do not get is that the people you are attacking are the founders and original backers of MMX and now the co-defendents with MMX in this case.
Go back and look at the terms of AH options and you can figure out what he has valued the CHM claim at.
Unless MMX front up on the 22/2 with a good defence the judge has the powere to direct all profits from iron ore into trust while true ownership is determined.
MMX cannot afford to see this drag out.
As to the $3 million ask your MMX co-defendents as whatever happened they did it not the current MMX board.
As much as MMX supporters keep throwing mud it will come down to what Barnes Grimaldi and Roberts did. Great friends for MMX to have to stand alongside and defend.
