Guys, as much as I am disappointed with those untrustworthy Koreans.
I don't think the Chinese will be interested in COK, given most the mines owned and runned by COK have bits and pieces of interest owned by Jap/Korean companies.
There is no record of the Chinese like this sort of structure which is quite complicated.
The Chinese usually like 100% ownership or in part ownership with Australian companies. Eg. Yancoal, GCL, MTE, CQC.
