    I agree Bandicoot the first offer is not usually the best but what first offer?
    Horizon never made any offer to ROC shareholders, this Fosun Group offer is our first offer?
    We were just told we're merging with HZN and to like it or lump it and quit your bellyaching.

    Well guess what folks the shareholders were right and being offered 69c is way better than being told you're getting 47.65c and that's it, that's your bleeding lot,
    ie. 47.65c as in [email protected] divided by .724 = 47.65c
