    I can see Mitsubishi selling 50% or 100% if China Inc will give them their money back.

    JH & Midwest joint development is the only way OPR will get up, so without the Chinese no prospects of it proceeding and they know that so waiting game will achieve best results for them, no prospects of third player coming in as that would have happened by now.

    All Mitsubishi have done is buy time, eliminated junior partner who was the achilles heel in negotiations going forward.
