Hi Abitlikeme, If you go back to when the takeover announcement was first made which was back in May, it was mentioned by Directors that they aim to have the takeover price at a level that was consistent with analyst valuations.
Going back through the analyst valuations on the ACS website the valuations are 70 cents to $1.10.
