Hi ‘thehound’, there’s one thing that you may have forgotten, and that is we have 3 major holders, who all happen to be Chinese, who will also want a good deal.
These 3 (Rich Mark, Grandmaster & Sino Steel) hold 33% of the company, with an average price of around 30, with I think (don’t have access to my notes) Grandmaster having the highest average. I doubt these guys will be too impressed with 45.

On top of that we have our chairman with a vested interest with 2m heads and 3m options, and a number of other companies knocking on the door.


I think the continued rise in volume and vwap over the last 4 weeks tells the story.
