Xinyang Resources (HK) Ltd already has a $4.5 million investment representing an 8.61% stake in Accent Resources, with 15 million shares, and also holds 3,500,000 unlisted options exercisable at 30c by 14 Sept 2012. The company expects to finalize terms by the end of November, so we won’t have long to wait now. Only natural and appropriate to attach conditions to any potential takeover offer.
