Maxiboy, I'm afraid you have no idea. If you don't want in so be it, but deal is just about done.
As I've said before, nothing is 100% certain, but omg this is very close to a certainty judging from what I've heard from those close to the action.
Don't forget that on 13/9/10, Xingang we're happy to fork out $4.5m for 15m shares at 30c, when the sp was in low 20c, almost a 50% premium. And better still they paid a 100+% premium to what the sp was 2 months earlier.
This is the same mob that paid a premium for 16m NEC shares in May 2010, and sold out 2 months ago for a 50% ($10m) profit.
These guys don't muck around, they deal in 10's of millions and aren't worried about paying out a little extra for what they want.
