I dont think so...
The chinese are not so blind like the private investors...
Another part of their invest could be other companies, too.
For example, if they want to diversicate their invest, it makes sense to get one resource with special low capex and opex. If so there is one good possibility.
MEY is finishing their scoping study the next days. It seems they will have an capex about 150 mln and an opex of ~32 USD/lbn. The resource has a good growing-opportunity to 150 mlbs.
