Given the close ties between the Namibian and Chinese governments, given the recent recent visit from the Chinese to the Namibian governments and given the subsequent request from the Namibian president for John Leslie to meet with him, I think things are lining up quite nicely.
I still think the resource statement in August is a pre-requisite and maybe even the DFS but it's pretty clear to me what the likely outcome is.
Given the close ties between the Namibian and Chinese...
