    Seriously doubt it, the US and the rest of the western world is desperate to break China’s rare earths monopoly and they’re globally critically strategic minerals. Did you see the recent 60minutes feature about it and they also extensively interviewed Kim Beazley during that piece about the strategic implications and Kim was also featured again in last night’s report
