    What is the "Real" Chinese Law regarding Collection Of Gambling Debts In China?

    IMO, the Key Issue relates to Collection of Crown Casino's Gambling Debts by CWN executives in China.

    So, is it legal to collect gambling debts? or Is is Illegal to do so?
