It's pretty simple, we need to stop this or it will destroy our way of life unless it burns out naturally quickly.
If we don't, we will all be living with Chinese landlords.
And don't think if you are a home owner (as I am) or/and a landlord(as I am) that you are immune.
If they drive the prices sky high, we will sell for profit.
Investment houses definitely, homes next.
