Along with the Chinese wanting to up the anti we should consider the USA is approaching an election and Barack Obama is going to pull out all stops to get up again.
He will try as hard as he can to get employment moving .
His politician friends in Europe will also be trying to save their necks so we will see new waves of initiatives.
The positive view. Or the world could slow down for awhile in Europe and the USA .The banks that are causing much of the problems will not stand by for to long before they make their move .I am sure they make more as things improve than they do when the market is dead .Yes they would have made a fortune as it went down but flat is not good .
