DaLatta - excuse my ignorance relating to this but you say "8.3 and 8.5 disclosures are no more than unrelated party trading by retail, PI and institutions etc......"
I am confused by "unrelated" because the forms name the trader and the connected trader. I would really appreciate an explanation and thank you in advance.
