I know SDL managment have been very diplomatic with Hanlong and given them their due respect because they are currently a major shareholder....but....they need to also think about the remaining shareholders and the impact of managment giving the impression that there maybe something valid in Hanlong's low ball bid of 50 cents...

I dont think there is anything to worry about in terms of SDL accepting this bid but SDL need to come out and catagorically reject it...

They need to come out publicly and either reject the bid outright or otherwise and give reasons.....

I dont know whether they are also trying to focus on the negotiations and pending announcement regarding funding/offtake and whether they dont want the hanlong bid issue to disrupt this process....

Anyway, either way they need to keep us in the Loop....

Bring on the resource upgrade...I do think SDL still has a couple of aces up its sleeve...
