They do need to clarify things and hopefully it will be by the end of this week. Some HC posters keep saying they have already said NO to the offer, but nowhere have I come across the words "NO" or "reject", they have only stated they consider the offer not adequate but will discuss details and shareholders take no action at this time. No wonder everyone is so nervous. By showing respect (as you say taboon)and having talks it looks like they are having to tread very carefully.
