a long time to prepare for this take-over

remember whilst this 50c offer sits on the table it

under-pins the share price .

what we need to be waiting for is a jv/funding partner to
show their hand this will kick the share price along .

these take-over negotiations /bidding wars will take time .

but share-holders need to be informed hopefully sdl
will release something possitive to the market this week
