Sad but true, the Chinese have SI Government right where they want them. All those cash bribes need to amount to assets ownership in Chinese hands. Axiom tried to warn the Australian Government 3 years ago but all fell on death ears.
Its a real pitty because so many jobs can be created for the locals, Chinese company's only employee Chinese staff.
