    yes, theyve already forgiven 3.1m. and the latest accounts show 435 000 in current, and 1.2m in non current liabilities. I remember reading somewhere? recently that DFT continue to negotiate with Lucent re paying these amounts still to go. I presume Lucent has many many problems than a measly 1.6 m odd owing from a minnow downunder...
